By-laws

Code of Conduct
To foster a respectful, inclusive, and diverse community, the Semigroups Network maintains a simple Code of Conduct for all members, outlining the standards of behaviour expected from participants in all TAG activities. By joining the Semigroups Network, members agree to abide by these principles:
1. We rely on the co-operation of members to create a safe and respectful environment in all TAG activities (whether online or in person) by adhering to the Code of Conduct for EMS events, and to report any issues relating to TAG activities to the Leadership Committee.
2. Any member who is asked to stop engaging in unacceptable behaviour is expected to do so immediately.
3. The Leadership Committee reserves the right to take appropriate action to uphold the above, including issuing warnings or, if necessary, terminating membership.
